By accessing or using the site, a visitor agrees to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Anyone who does not agree should not use the site.

2. Eligibility and parent or guardian use

The site may be used by adults seeking information about training, memberships, classes, or facility services, and by parents or legal guardians acting on behalf of minors.

Any person registering, submitting information, booking a class, or signing documents on behalf of a minor represents that the person has legal authority to do so.

3. Informational purpose only

Website content is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, legal advice, or a guarantee of training outcomes.

Anyone with health concerns, injuries, or medical limitations should consult an appropriate professional before participating in strenuous physical activity or combat sports training.

4. No guarantee of admission, availability, or results

Submission of a form or booking request does not guarantee program placement, class availability, membership acceptance, pricing, or any particular athletic, fitness, self-defense, or competitive outcome.

Apex MMA may change schedules, coaches, class offerings, policies, pricing, and availability at any time.

5. Health, safety, and participation responsibilities

Martial arts, self-defense, grappling, striking, and conditioning activities involve inherent physical risks. A participant is responsible for following coach instructions, observing gym rules, disclosing relevant health or injury information when appropriate, and completing any required waiver or intake documentation before participating. Separate membership agreements, waivers, safety rules, and in-gym policies may apply to participation in classes, trials, events, rentals, or related services.

6. Permitted and prohibited use

The site may be used only for lawful purposes. A user may not:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the site or these Terms will not exceed $100 USD.

A user agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Apex MMA and its owners, officers, employees, coaches, contractors, affiliates, and agents from and against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to that user's misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

13. Governing law and venue

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the site or these Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Exclusive venue and jurisdiction for disputes relating to the site or these Terms will lie in the state or federal courts serving Bell County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
