Not at all. Most of our members started with zero experience. Our beginner classes are designed exactly for that.

What does a trial include?

A free 30-minute intro with a coach plus your first class. No pressure, no commitment.

What should I wear?

Athletic clothes you can move in. We provide loaner gloves and rash guards for your first class. Bring water.

How often should I train?

Two to three times a week is the sweet spot for most beginners. We'll help you find the right cadence for your life.

What age can kids start?

Our youngest dedicated kids classes start at age 6. We have a teens program at 13+ and youth comp team at 12+.

Is MMA safe for kids?

Yes. Kids classes are heavily structured, light-contact, and instructor-supervised. Sparring at the kids level is technical and protective gear is required.

Can parents watch?

Of course. There's a viewing area along the mats. We just ask you not to coach from the sidelines so kids stay focused.

Am I too out of shape to start?

No. The first month is about technique and getting on a schedule. Conditioning comes naturally as you train.

Is sparring required?

Never. Sparring is opt-in, supervised, and progressive. Many of our members train for years without competitive sparring.

Yes. Privates are a great way to fast-track skills, work around shyness, or prep for competition. Ask the front desk.

Month-to-month, no long-term contracts. Plans range from single-discipline to unlimited family memberships. We'll match you to the right plan after your trial.

Can I freeze my membership?
